Row Cove, located just 5 miles south east of Plymouth at Bigbury Bay, is a charming beach with plenty of opportunity for exploration. As you approach the beach, you’ll start your journey from the Revelstoke Caravan Park, where parking and toilets can be found. Continuing your route to the beach, you’ll come across a narrow path and some steps that make the journey a breeze. The beach area is sandy and is dotted with rocks; perfect for little explorers to discover sea life in the abundance of rock pools. The beach is also a popular spot for bird watchers to take flight. The South West Coast Path is also situated close to the beach. A couple of hundred metres south of the beach, through the caravan park, be sure to take a peek at the church of Peter the Poor Fisherman, which dates back to the 13th century.
