This large sandy beach is a part of the Woolacombe Sands and is incredibly popular among surfers – especially longboarders. The headland, which is known as Baggy Point, is incredibly helpful as it provides some shelter from the south and south-westerly winds. Accessible by a long, sloping path with parking not far off, Putsborough really does have it all!
