The picturesque beach at Pentewan Sands stretches for a blissful half a mile and is kept pristine due to it being owned by the holiday park nearby. As it looks out onto St Austell Bay it’s sheltered from any strong winds or waves, creating perfect conditions for a variety of watersports. All in all, it’s just an incredible beach experience! At the northern end lies the old harbor of Pentewan Village. Even though it’s been cut off from the sea, the harbor still oozes maritime charm and is really enjoyable to walk around.
