Cellar Beach is a beach in Devon, England.

This unrestored beach features a shoreline of sand and pebbles that is part of the idyllic Yealm Estuary coastline. Getting its name centuries ago from the local farmers who stored their boat equipment in the ‘cellars’ along this stretch of shore, Cellar beach isn’t used for fishing these days. Instead, the vicinity is now renowned for its oysters and the seahorses that call the beds of seagrass their home. To get to the beach, the nearest parking is in Noss Mayo, just a pleasant 30 minute riverside walk away. You’ll find nearby facilities in the village as well.
