White Nothe is an impressive cliff face that towers an impressive 450 feet (160 m) tall, situated on the edge of Ringstead Bay. If you’re willing to make the trek, you’ll find an idyllic beach at the base of the cliff’s western side. Following the coast path is the best way to access the beach – and make sure you look out for the “Smuggler’s Path,” a zig-zagging set of steps that’ll take you all the way down the cliff. The last bit of your journey involves a climb down a wobbly ladder-type contraption, but don’t let that keep you away – it’s worth it for the view!
